When Aline is working with Life Force Energy, it is a direct transmission of this energy that initiates your own awakening process.
When working with Aline, all you need to do is allow and surrender to your body's own intelligence. There is nothing else for you to do, as your energetic system automatically goes into resonance with the higher frequency field that Aline is creating. This process is very different from kundalini yoga, which is a more forceful and masculine approach.
During a session, the enhancement of your own life force energy can be experienced in multiple ways. As your vibration is raising, there might be energetic sensations, physical movement, visions, sounds that want to be expressed, or emotions that intensify to be felt and released. Your system is getting purified, old energies released, and your energy centers aligned.
